A midlife career change brought me into skincare more than 20 years ago. What has kept me here is the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in how women understand and care for their skin.

Over the years, I've learned that more products and more information aren't necessarily the answer. It's knowing what matters, choosing the right products and understanding how to use them.

Finding thoughtful, practical solutions that help women feel confident about their skin remains the favourite part of what I do.
